Due to the many uncertainties on how the situation will evolve in Spain over the next months, my local co-organizers, the hotel, and I have decided to cancel this event. We can not guarantee that an event will be possible in September. Waiting for more clarity closer to the event date was not an option for the hotel. We'll make Rendez-Vous in Almunecar in 2021.

Be sure to bring sunglasses, sunblock, and swimsuit. With 320 sunny days a year, we are almost guaranteed to have superb weather.
Where we stay
The complete event will take place at the hotel ''Bahia Tropical' in Almunecar.
The hotel provides an ideal mix of value, comfort, and convenience, I especially like the large dance hall with big windows. It is close to some of Almunecar's most popular landmarks, such as Fountain in Calle Real (2.5 km) and Penon del Santo (3 km), The rooms offer a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and getting online is possible, as free wifi is available. Almunecar is also home to Acueducto Romano, a popular historic site that is not too far from Bahia Tropical Hotel. At Bahia Tropical Hotel, your comfort and satisfaction come first, and they look forward to welcoming us to Almunecar.

Because of the very high demand for tickets for the Alhambra, this trip must be booked and paid together with the event itself. Last-minute decisions are not possible for this arrangement. price tba
