Totally in Tango – Dance Weekend Terms and Conditions By purchasing a ticket or registering to attend the Totally in Tango Dance Weekend (the “Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Personal Registration Your registration is personal and cannot be transferred to another participant without the prior written approval of Totally in Tango. Any unauthorised transfer or resale of a ticket may result in cancellation of the registration without refund. 2. Cancellations and Refunds If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the Event, please notify us as soon as possible by email. Refunds of the participation fee will be processed according to the following policy: Up to 2 months before the Event: 80% refund Up to 1 month before the Event: 20% refund Less than 1 month before the Event: no refund Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period, and no later than 30 days after confirmation. In accordance with Article VI.47 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, consumers acknowledge that the right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to event registrations for services related to leisure activities that occur on specific dates. 3. Non-Transferability of Fees Your participation fee applies exclusively to this specific edition of the Totally in Tango Dance Weekend and cannot be transferred to a future edition or any other event organised by Totally in Tango. 4. Programme and Venue Changes Totally in Tango reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, instructors, DJs, venue, or format if necessary. Any such changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible. In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled by the organiser, participants will receive a full refund of the participation fee. Totally in Tango will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants (including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or meals). 5. Force Majeure Totally in Tango shall not be held responsible for any delay, alteration, or cancellation of the Event caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the organiser will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer alternative solutions. 6. Health, Safety, and Behaviour Participants are expected to act responsibly and respectfully toward others throughout the Event. Totally in Tango reserves the right to deny admission or remove participants who engage in inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour, without entitlement to a refund. Participants are responsible for their own physical condition and participation is at their own risk. 7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brugge (Bruges), Belgium, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights afforded by EU law.
