Welcome to this year's Indian Summer in the German countryside, a moment specially designed to learn, practice, and enhance both your roles in Argentine Tango Dancing. The very best teachers, Natalia and Agustin, Sigrid and Maria (Entre Dos - Tango Duo), will share their experience, vision, and knowledge with you. In 2022 they were also our guests here in Gut Frohberg, and they blew us away with their generosity.

First evening milonga after dinner
Wednesday till Friday, September 17 - 20
4 hours of workshops per day by the teacher's team, practice time, and evening milonga. All workshops will be available to all participants. So you do not need to miss out on anything. An intense time to further develop both your Tango dance roles.
Saturday & Sunday, September 21 - 22
Each teacher will give 1 open drop-in class on Saturday and on Sunday. There will be afternoon and evening milongas.
On Saturday we will have the Berlin Community orchestra as our guests. They will perform for us during the milonga.

Well known and much loved @ TiT, I'm looking forward to their joyful classes.
They began their international journey in 2016, after 13 years of local experience and 10 years of intense research about tango, its history, its dance, culture, testimony, and chats with milongueros. They have also specialized in body language and dance teaching techniques and have done studies in the Tango University career at the Art University of Buenos Aires.

It’s with great pleasure that we invite you to meet our dancing DUO, "ENTRE-DOS"
2 years ago, this duo indeed marked a turning point in our respective careers as tango dancers and teachers for more than 20 years, as well as a stage in our friendship, which is currently evolving towards a deep professional collaboration.
Rich of our respective professional and artistic paths, we explore and transmit today the tango of which we dreamed: a tango which implies above all respect for the Other in his/her difference, but also self-respect in our aspirations ; a tango based upon a somatic approach to movement, which constitutes a fundamental base between us, thus considers the dancing person in all its dimensions of being.
It is by relying on great technical precision and on the quest for pure improvisation that our research is that of a balance between the particularities and depth of our personal experiences, and respect for the historical, technical and cultural foundations of tango.

Morning session, with somatic movement, by Annika
The morning classes aim to gently wake up the body and prepare you for dancing and hours of embracing. We will learn to detect and release unwanted tension before it leads to pain while also improving our coordination and body awareness. Classes will include both embodied anatomy and slow, conscious movements. It is calming for the nervous system and can also be described as meditation in motion.
Some of the benefits of releasing unconscious muscle tension are that you will be able to dance with less effort and with greater precision. And of course, when you can be more aware and relaxed in your own body, it will have a positive effect on your dance partner.

The Venue
Cradled in the gently rolling fields of the state of Saxony, a large farm has been transformed into a seminar center over the last 30 years.
They offer lodging in single and double rooms with private bathrooms. Next to that you can also stay in a dorm room or pitch your own tent or park your mobile home.
Offering 5 dance rooms with wooden floors, 1 outside dance floor, a private lake, a barrel sauna, an open-air yoga rooftop, plenty of open space for walks alone or in good company. There is also a small private lake for an afternoon dip. All elements that are needed for a great time together in one package.
An experienced team in the kitchen serves all meals (breakfast, lunch diner) in the spacious dining hall,
Situated 40 km outside of Dresden, right next to Meissen. It is easily reached by public transport. We will organize a shuttle service for the last leg for those who need this.
