Our Vision:
In Silkeborg (DK), we’re creating a space for dancers who love exploring both roles.
Totally in Tango @ Silkeborg will bring together dancers from Denmark and the surrounding countries for a double-role Argentine tango weekend filled with learning, sharing, and discoveries. With classes, plenty of time for social dancing and a taste of local life, we look forward to exploring new possibilities together, both as leaders and followers.
Local and international DJs will keep us dancing with traditional tango music played in tandas. Beyond the dance floor, planned excursions will give us time to enjoy the beautiful lakes and nature in and around Silkeborg.
The weekend is organised in collaboration with the local tango association of Silkeborg.

For those who come early, we have chartered a boat to make a 3-hour excursion on the lakes surrounding Silkeborg. Local dancers will also join us on this excursion. Departure 19.00. Price tba.
For those who stay longer, we propose an excursion to the 'highest hilltop' of Denmark, the famous Himmelbjerget. We go by public ferry and climb the mountain; those who want can walk back through the woods to the train station (it's an easy walk on well-used paths, approx. 90 min walk), or you can take a ferry back to Silkeborg.

The Location:
In the heart of Silkeborg, Lunden is a beautiful green oasis and a gathering place for locals and visitors for more than 130 years. Its park offers peaceful paths, artworks and sculptures, with plenty of space for a stroll or a relaxing break beneath the trees. Within these green surroundings stands Medborgerhuset Lunden, a cultural and community venue with roots dating back to 1888. Today, it hosts concerts, celebrations and regular tango dancing, with a splendid dance floor and an excellent sound system. Combining a central location with the tranquillity of nature, Lunden provides a welcoming setting for our double-role tango weekend.
The venue is only a 10/15 minutes walk away from the city center.

Pricing & Registration
We welcome all dancers that enjoy double role dancing.
No need to register with a partner.
We all dance with each other.
Is your friend/partner (still) a single role dancer? You are both welcome.
Your participation fee is 160 euros for the dancing weekend and 140 euros for the learning intensive.
Accommodation is not included.
Your participation will only be confirmed by us after the receipt of your participation fee.
